Elaine M. Skjeveland, of Rochester MN, age 84, died peacefully Thursday Feb 27 at The Cedars in Austin, MN with her husband, Chip by her side. She was born in Faribault, MN September 24, 1940 to Wayne and Elieen Searle. She graduated from Rochester High School in 1958. She married Eugene "Chip" Skjeveland from Austin, MN and they had 4 children.
Elaine is preceded in death by her parents, Wayne and Elieen Searle, her sister Ardyce Swenson, and her precious daughter Dawn Skjeveland.
She is survived by her loving husband "Chip"; sons, Jeff Skjeveland and Scott Skjeveland; daughter, Kelly Cox; and grandchildren, Kate, Eric, and Chloe Cox.
A private service was held at Maxon Family Cremation & Life Celebrations. She rests in the columbarium at Oakwood Cemetery in Rochester, MN.
